The role requires precision, attention to detail, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities * Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and lamination schedules * Prepare moulds and surfaces (cleaning, waxing, gel-coating) * Measure and mix resins, catalysts, and hardeners accurately * Lay up fibreglass mat, cloth, and core materials * Apply resin using brushes, rollers, and squeegees * Remove air bubbles and ensure full fibre wet-out * Trim, grind, and finish laminated parts after curing * Inspect completed components for quality defects * Carry out repairs to damaged fibreglass structures * Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area * Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures Required Skills & Experience * Previous experience as a Fibreglass Laminator * Ability to work accurately with hand and power tools * Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity * Ability to work independently or as part of a team * Physically ...
