The stylish coastal retreat overlooks 200 metres of golden sands, stunning cliffs and rock pools. Guests can stay in one of the 30 en-suite bedrooms, enjoy a drink in the lounge bar or sample some delicious food in the restaurant. What You’ll Do Act as the General Manager’s second-in-command, supporting in all aspects of day-to-day operations. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards. Assist with staff training, development, and performance management. Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
