Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Compliance Manager role located in Newcastle upon Tyne with flexibility for some remote work. The Compliance Manager will ensure Health Call Solutions complies with all relevant legislation, regulations, and ethical standards. This will involve maintaining and monitoring policies and procedures, conducting audits, and providing advice and training to staff on compliance matters.
Qualifications
* Excellent understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and ethical standards
* Experience in managing compliance in a healthcare or technology-related industry is desired
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate complex regulations and policies in straightforward terms
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Law, Business, or a related field is desirable
* Professional qualifications in compliance or a related field are desirable
