This role based in our Newry HQ is fast paced and will fit well with someone who thrives on self-improvement. NBS offers an opportunity to work with global blue chip brands providing construction and maintenance services in Ireland & UK.

Quick overview you will be -

· Part of an expanding team scheduling reactive and planned works to either in-house engineers or via established sub-contract network in Ireland & UK

· Using NBS bespoke IT systems and client portals to manage jobs to completion, provide communication to engineers & clients and effectively manage cost control.

The ideal candidate will -

● Preferably have at least 2 year's experience in a busy office environment - ideally in the construction industry

● Strong IT skills with a desire to expand on these skills specialising in the construction / renewable energy sector.

● Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage jobs in several areas of Ireland & UK. Awareness of financial cost control on jobs.

● High level of communication required - ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders in the business.
