We are excited to present an outstanding opportunity for a thriving business in Worcester who are recruiting an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper. This newly established position has been created to enhance their team structure. As a permanent, part-time role it will be integral in managing financial activities to support the overall growth and success of the business.
* Inputting invoices and raising purchase orders
* Paying supplier invoices
* Reconciliation of supplier statements
* Processing VAT Returns and running relevant reports when required
* Assisting with incoming queries and dealing with suppliers
* Working closely with the internal team to ensure the workflow is followed in line with that particular project.
Due to the nature of this role this role could also include other ad hoc duties to support the Senior Leadership Team. Our client is looking for somebody who has experience of working within a similar role, can make this their own and support with processes and procedures.
