We’re looking for a QA & Testing Director to join our Global Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS) IT team in the UK. This is a leadership role where you’ll shape the testing strategy and drive quality assurance across our global operations. You’ll work with a talented team of over 40 professionals, helping us deliver innovative and reliable technology solutions that make a real difference to our clients. How you'll make an impact As the QA & Testing Director, you’ll lead the way in defining and refining our global testing strategy. You’ll collaborate with other QA & Testing Director to ensure consistency and quality across all testing activities. You’ll coach and mentor teams, helping them improve processes and adopt best practices. By identifying emerging trends and tools, you’ll ensure our testing methods remain cutting-edge. You’ll also work closely with stakeholders to promote the value of testing in delivering high-quality software. Your role will involve organising workshops, sharing knowledge, and fostering a culture of continuous learning. You’ll be a key advocate for testing within the business, ensuring it’s at the heart of everything we do. About You A deep understanding of testing methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. Experience in software testing, including planning, execution, and defect management. Knowledge of testing activities such as automation, integration, performance, and security testing. Familiarity with Agile environments and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. A collaborative mindset and a passion for helping teams grow and succeed. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
