Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Full-time | Office-based | £30,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Bonus

This isn’t a box-ticking SDR role. No endless calendar-filling to hit vanity metrics. No handing over half-baked leads and walking away.
Here, you’ll own the top of the funnel. You’ll be the first commercial voice prospects hear - and one of the most important in shaping real revenue outcomes.
We’re working with a scaling SaaS company with a complex product and a highly targeted ICP. Which means we need someone who’s strategic, structured, and relentless in the right ways.
What you’ll actually be doing:
* Sourcing and qualifying leads across the UK - outbound calls makes up 70% of your focus (you can reasonable expect to do c150 a day initially)
* Managing campaign follow-up and converting marketing activity into sales pipeline
* Booking demos that matter - and handing them over with enough insight to help Sales close
* Keeping CRM data squeaky clean, from first contact to demo booked
You’ll work closely with the Marketing team and Sales Execs. But you won’t wait for leads to land in your lap....
