Responsibilities: We provide expert-level support for critical infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and security. We troubleshoot and resolve issues across VMware Cloud Foundation, Tanzu, Dell VxRail, and Dell Data Domain environments. We support key management systems including Hashicorp Vault, Thales Hardware Security Module, and related technologies. We administer and optimise Microsoft Windows-based technologies, including Windows Server 2022 and Hyper-V. We perform proactive monitoring and maintenance to maintain system performance and reliability. We implement and support disaster recovery and business continuity strategies. We work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve infrastructure issues and deliver improvements. We maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for systems, processes, and configurations. We participate in an on-call rota to provide 24/7 out-of-hours support for mission-critical systems. We work under the direction of the client delivery manager as part of a multi-disciplinary team and follow established delivery processes and working practices.
