Associate Director of Nursing
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week),Monday to Friday
Location: Home based
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum
As Associate Director of Nursing at Medigold Health, you will play a key strategic and clinical leadership role, oversee the quality and consistency of our nursing services, and support the continued growth and development of our Occupational Health function.
You’ll be responsible for leading and shaping our national team of Occupational Health Nurses, ensuring high standards of clinical care, service delivery, and professional development across the board. Working closely with internal teams and external clients, you’ll drive continuous improvement, lead on the implementation of new policies and procedures, and act as a senior clinical voice in key decision-making forums.
Drawing on your leadership experience and clinical expertise, you’ll support recruitment activity, oversee CPD and revalidation processes, and provide mentorship to Nurse Managers. You’ll also represent Medigold Health at tender presentations, client reviews, and service development meetings, helping us build long-term partnerships and adapt our offering to meet evolving client needs.

Main Objectives:
* Practice within the scope of the NMC professional practice and Code of Conduct and to work according to qualification, experience and competency.
* To maintain the quality and resource within the Occupational Health Nurse team ensuring consistent standard of service are delivered to all the Medigold Health client base.
* Active participation and flexibility to support recruitment activity for all nursing teams.
* Monitoring and supervising the delivery of the Occupational Health Service to Medigold clients ensuring the provision of the occupational health advice is of the highest standard at all times.
* To act as an ambassador and promote the Occupational Health services available.
* To ensure clinical standards of best practice are followed and company policies and procedures are adhered to.
* To fully utilise company IT systems in the performance of duties.
* Support clinical supervision/peer and team audit in relation to service delivery as identified.
* Undertake second stage investigation and respond to queries and complaints in accordance with Company Policy.
Role Requirements:
* Occupational Health qualification andNMC registration is essential.
* Previous demonstrable people managementexperience.
* Experience of participating in specific projects to improve / enhance work related health.
