They’re now looking for a driven and capable Litigation Associate to join their expanding team in Cambridgeshire, offering the chance to work on high-quality disputes within a collaborative and ambitious environment.

The Role
As a Litigation Associate, you’ll be involved in a diverse range of dispute resolution matters, with responsibilities including:
* Managing your own caseload of commercial and civil litigation files
* Supporting senior colleagues on high-value and complex disputes
* Drafting legal documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements
* Handling client meetings, case strategy discussions, and negotiations
* Engaging with external counsel and third parties
* Contributing to business development initiatives and firmwide collaboration
* Ensuring compliance, risk management and timely billing on all matters
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has 1–6 years PQE in litigation or dispute resolution (commercial litigation desirable)
* Demonstrates strong legal analysis, drafting, and advocacy skills
* Communicates with clarity and confidence – both written and verbal
* Works independently with good commercial judgement
* Has a team-oriented approach and willingness to support junior colleagues
* Is enthusiastic about building long-term relationships with clients
* Understands the importance of deadlines, detail, and strategic thinking in contentious work
