The Role of Trade Marketing Specialist: To over see end to end campaigns, including budget responsibility for local portfolio.
4. Reporting to Marketing Director
5. Work with Group Marketing strategy to identify gaps, changes for localised campaigns.
6. Execution of Marketing campaigns supporting portfolio from local level
7. Execution of NPI launches - working with cross functional teams
8. Translate group material to appropriate localised markets.
9. POS support needs of customers
10. Work closely with customers, suppliers to evaluate needs/requirements.
11. KPI reporting
12. Engage and manage agency support

Requirements for the Trade Marketing Specialist: A strong B2B background in a tangible product offering.

14. B2B Tangible product - Building products /Kitchens/bathrooms/ Merchants /Manufacturing
15. End to End campaign management including budget management.
16. Previous experience translating Group marketing strategy to local level needs.
17. NPI launch
18. Previous experience promoting via merchant's channels (great to have)
19. Full mix / broad marketing
20. Degree level in marketing or similar (Preferred)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000
