Pharmacy Dispenser Aldridge Permanent Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm £12.50ph The role of the Pharmacy Dispenser will be too: * Processing prescription and stock orders. * Ensuring legal checks are conducted on prescriptions, adhering to current guidance from relevant regulatory bodies. * Quality check on documents submitted by customers, adhering to current processes and guidance from relevant regulatory bodies. * Management of Pharmacy stock levels & stock rotation * Dealing with pharmacy queries on customer’s orders and prescriptions, including liaising with prescribers. * Dealing with concerns raised by colleagues and customers regarding orders. * Communicating with other Acre sites including customer services, IT, Pharmacies. * Ensure working in line with the pharmacy SOP’s, processes and in line with the GPhC regulations. * Ensuring the pharmacy is clean and tidy and meets GPhC standards. * Packing of Pharmacy orders. * Involvement in development and review of corrective and preventive actions plans. * Involvement in review of documents such as SOPs and work instructions. * Apply governance principles in maintaining and improving existing pharmacy processes to ensure suitability. * Facilitate with DPD collections and consignment reports for end-of-day collections.
