Payroll Admin - 6 Months FTC

Salary: Up to £27,500
Contract Type: 6 months FTC

About the Role
Marks Sattin is delighted to be working with an excellent organisation that is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join the team on a 6-month FTC basis.
Responsibilities
* Support the Payroll Supervisor to ensure key tasks and deadlines are met.
* Act as a point of contact for payroll queries and escalations from managers and employees.
* Share knowledge and provide ongoing training and support to team members.
* Ensure compliance with statutory legislation including PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments, and pensions.
* Lead process reviews to identify and implement more efficient ways of working.
* Serve as a process expert for relevant payrolls across the team.
* Take ownership of processing and finalising monthly payrolls in line with payroll schedules.
Experience
* Minimum 2 years' payroll experience
* Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
* High level of integrity and confidentiality.
* Experience supporting new technologies and system changes.
