NCAB UK Warehouse Assistant
This Warehouse Assistant role reports to the Operations Manager and is based in Devizes, Wiltshire. NCAB Group is Europe's leading PCB supplier, founded in 1993, with operations in 17 countries including Europe, China, and the USA, and a turnover of €440 million. Our manufacturing is primarily in China, focusing on quality control and continuous development.
Job Description – Warehouse Assistant
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations
2. Communicate effectively with other departments
3. Receive and verify incoming deliveries
4. Dispatch products according to customer delivery schedules
5. Maintain storage conditions in the warehouse
6. Achieve objectives set by the operations department
7. Update stock control systems using FIFO principles
8. Plan future capacity requirements (ad hoc)
9. Generate reports on stock, picking lists, etc., on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
10. Coordinate with freight companies to meet performance standards
11. Maintain health, safety, hygiene, and security standards
12. Order warehouse consumables as needed

Job Offerings:
* Salary: £24,000 plus OTE (approx. £4,500)
* Pension: 5% non-contributory, after probation
* 33 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays)
* Working hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, and Fridays until 1:00 pm
