We are looking for a Domestic/Laundry Assistant to join our team at Hope House in Accrington. Working 24 hours per week (8.30am - 3.30pm) on a rota basis with alternate weekend availability required. Duties will include following a daily schedule for cleaning within the home, hoovering, dusting, polishing, shampooing carpets, mopping floors and any other duties as required to a high standard. About You: You will have a caring nature and a positive attitude, showing a desire to deliver the best possible standard of domestic and laundry service to the residents in our care. You will ideally have previous domestic experience and be committed to ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and appearance. You will be able to demonstrate compassion and empathy in your approach to residents with varying needs, be a team player and able to work on your own initiative.
