Location: Portsmouth
Salary: FTE: £13,420 - £14,229 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 20 hours per week. Part time Student Experience Team Members work 3 days out of 7, between the hours of 6am and 9pm. Weekends will be required every week.

From helping a locked-out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you`ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member:
* Providing a welcoming front of house reception service
* Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
* Planning and running events for our students

* A caring, warm person with a positive attitude
* An excellent communicator; as a Customer Experience Team Member you`ll be happy to chat to our students and answer their questions
* You`ll also have great time management and organisational skills
