One moment, you'll be motivating your team and planning schedules; the next, you'll be on the shop floor, ensuring visual merchandising is on point and that customers receive exceptional service. No two days are the same-and that's exactly how you like it.
While plant knowledge is a plus, it's not essential. What really matters is your ability to lead, solve problems, and maintain high operational standards. Physical fitness is important too, as this is a hands-on role with some heavy lifting involved.
