Job Description

This is a field-based territory sales role covering London, focused on building strong partnerships with dental professionals and clinics. You'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and promoting a full suite of dental technologies.

3. Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow your client base and exceed revenue targets.
4. Identify and engage new dental practices, while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
5. Promote the full product portfolio, including dental implants, prosthetics, and digital solutions.
6. Act as a trusted advisor, offering clinical insight, business support, and tailored solutions to meet customer goals.
7. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for dentists and practice teams.
8. Manage the full sales cycle - from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and post-sale support.
9. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal sales processes.
10. Attend dental congresses, exhibitions, and local events to represent the brand and generate leads.
11. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in dental (implants, orthodontics or dental equipment), medical devices, med-tech, or healthcare.And:

12. Strong understanding of the dental market and clinical workflows is highly desirable.
13. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
14. Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a track record of exceeding targets.
15. Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
16. Valid driving licence required.
17. Comfortable with regular travel across the assigned territory and occasional national events.
