OLG Recruitment are currently looking for a Technical Administrator to support our clients projects department, located in Stallingborough, Immingham. A full-time contract position, starting beginning of July, We anticipate the contract duration to be for multiple years. Requirements: Good and confident communicator Excellent IT skills, to enable dept training and problem solving Proficient in PC software Systems including Excel Good Knowledge of SAP systems (a superuser would be ideal) Run SAP Reports : Project Costs/cost centres/notifications Ability to resolve purchasing and invoicing issues Control of project procedures Ordering, storing and distribution of office supplies Coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements Maintenance of holiday registers and off site movements Maintain and supply PPE Various admin duties associated with the smooth running of a project/design and engineering dept.
