* Leading the finance function and developing a high-performing team
* Delivering monthly management accounts, statutory reporting and audit processes
* Owning the annual budget and forecasting cycle across revenue, costs and cashflow
* Providing strategic financial insight and partnering with senior leadership
* Analysing project, service and team profitability to drive performance improvements
* Overseeing financial management of multiple business entities and investment vehicles
* Maintaining strong financial controls, governance and compliance processes
* Managing cashflow, working capital and credit control activities
* Acting as the technical lead for financial modelling and commercial analysis
* Driving improvements across finance systems, reporting and business intelligenceSupporting leaders across the business with financial information and decision‑making tools
You
* Significant experience leading a finance function in a senior finance leadership role
* Strong expertise in management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial controls
* Proven ability to provide forward-looking commercial and financial insight
* Experience analysing profitability across projects, services or business units
* Background within a consultancy, professional services or project‑based environment
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior decision‑makers
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex financial information for non‑finance audiences
* A proactive and commercially focused approach to problem solving
