Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 residential properties Act as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinate maintenance and repairs from start to finish Liaise with contractors and negotiate competitive pricing Carry out property inspections and visits Manage deposit returns and resolve disputes Ensure full compliance with current lettings legislation Oversee renewals and tenancy agreements Keep records and CRM systems accurate and up to date What We're Looking For Proven experience in Property Management Solid understanding of current legislation Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to juggle a busy workload and prioritise effectively Proactive, professional, and solutions-driven mindset Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (preferred) ARLA or similar qualification
