Job Description
You'll step into a senior delivery role, providing both autonomy and exposure to high-profile schemes. Key responsibilities include:
3. Acting as Contract Administrator on a landmark infrastructure project (new terminal development, multi-year programme)
4. Delivering end-to-end project management across a portfolio of residential, commercial, and regeneration schemes
5. Leading project meetings with senior stakeholders, including CEOs and client boards
6. Driving projects to completion on time, within budget, and to a high standard
7. Mentoring and supporting junior PMs within the team, helping to shape their professional development
8. Coordinating internal resources and third-party consultants for seamless delivery
9. Contributing to the consultancy's reputation for innovation, creativity, and proactive problem-solving
The Successful Applicant
You should bring:
10. 4+ years' experience in consultancy project management, ideally with Contract Administration expertise
11. Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or significant progress toward it
12. Strong, proven experience delivering projects across sectors such as infrastructure, residential, or commercial
13. Confidence operating autonomously while collaborating closely with directors and clients
14. Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
15. A proactive, hands-on mindset and appetite for career growth in a growing business
