Ok, so the role we’re recruiting for is a very specific type of sales role, and it won’t suit everyone. This market-leading business designs and delivers an industry-leading product, and their continued growth relies on someone who is genuinely comfortable spending most of their working day on the phone. This is a small, focused business with a straightforward culture and no unnecessary noise.

Working largely on your own, you’ll be responsible for calling warm leads all day, every day. These are contacts who already know the brand. Your role is to qualify interest, ask the right questions, capture accurate information and pass qualified opportunities into the next stage of the sales process. You are not responsible for closing deals or managing what happens after the call. Once the CRM is updated, you move straight on to the next conversation.

This is sales in its most consistent, repeatable form. The role is intentionally repetitive, and that’s a positive. If you come from a cold calling or telesales background, you’ll recognise the comfort in structure, volume and routine. There’s satisfaction in picking up the phone, having similar conversations throughout the day, and doing them well so confidence on the phone, resilience and a strong work ethic are essential.

This isn’t a full-cycle sales role, and it isn’t about variety, creativity or relationship management. If you’re looking for autonomy over the entire sales process or lots of change day to day, this position won’t be the right fit.

You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload and stay productive without close supervision. This company doesn’t do ego’s, aggressive sales floors or gimmicks. What you do get is a clearly defined role, realistic expectations and the stability of working for an international market leader within a small, down-to-earth team.

This role will suit you if:

* You come from a cold calling, telesales or high-volume outbound background

* You’re comfortable being on the phone for most of the day

* You enjoy routine, repetition and clear expectations

* You’re happy working independently in a small team

* You take pride in doing a simple job consistently well

This role won’t suit you if:

* You want to close deals or manage accounts end-to-end

* You need variety, creativity or constant change in your day

* You dislike repetition or high call volumes

* You need lots of supervision or external motivation

This is a permenent part time position - hours can be flexible over a 5 day period
