Expertly managing a complex caseload of adult brain injury claims arising from both clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury. Candidate Profile The ideal senior candidate will possess: Experience Level: A minimum of 8 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE), specializing in representing claimants in clinical negligence and catastrophic personal injury. Technical Expertise: A comprehensive and up-to-date understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and protocols. Specialized Caseload: Proven experience working on a mixed caseload of high-value, multi-track cases, with a specific focus on brain injury claims.
