As Chef De Partie, you'll support the senior kitchen team while maintaining high culinary standards throughout service.
Manage your own section within the kitchen
Work across restaurant service, breakfast, and banqueting
Prepare and present dishes to a high standard
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Support the wider brigade during busy services
Work split shifts including regular weekendsWhat we're looking for:
The ideal Chef will have previous experience within a high-end kitchen environment and a real passion for quality food.
Previous rosette or Michelin experience preferred
Strong section management skills
Passion for fine dining and fresh ingredients
Ability to work well within a busy brigade
Reliable, organised, and enthusiastic approach
