Responsibilities
* Mentor QS cost management colleagues to develop their skills.
* Collaborate with Winchester and Ridge leadership teams.
* Manage clients and pursue new business opportunities.
* Participate in business development forums and sector groups.
* Coordinate cost management across all offices.
* Work independently on assigned tasks.
* Advise on contracts and construction conditions.
* Guide design teams on cost‑effective methods and materials to stay within budget.
* Prepare tender documents.
* Oversee project costs during construction and negotiate final accounts.
* Lead client meetings and ensure successful project delivery.
* Expand business through new and repeat projects.
* Manage projects from inception to completion and use.
Skills and Experience
* Experience leading multiple projects and managing client relationships, including business development.
* Excellent communication and commercial awareness.
* Relevant project experience.
* RICS‑accredited degree or equivalent.
* MRICS Chartered status.
* Background in commercially focused roles.
* Enthusiastic and ambitious.
* Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and industry‑standard software.
* Cost X experience preferred.
