Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be involved across the full lifecycle of high‑value, design‑led development projects. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, gaining hands‑on involvement in:
1. Cost planning, procurement andmercial management
2. Early‑stage development strategy and feasibility
3. Design coordination and consultant management
4. Programme oversight and site progress monitoring
5. Direct client interaction with high‑profile individuals such as sporting stars, dukes and duchesses, and hospitality figures.
