Due to a change in the dynamics of our business we are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead a great team into the next phase of our business success.We are a small well established MOT test centre and general repair garage with a great reputation and a solid client base .We are looking for a motivated individual to take the lead in progressing the business to make it future readyThis could be a time proven and capable technician who wants to use those skills and move into a more managerial role, but also a person who has a vision for the future and the energy and excitement to move the business in a direction for its future success, or a existing workshop manager who is seeking a new challengeThe role will involve the day to day running of the business and also customer facing and people managing skills will be required - although support can be given in this area - and some basic hands on working will be requiredThe role is a new incentive and will be supported as it needs to be to ensure the success of the project and the personal development of the candidate to achieve the goals of the business .Working days will be Monday to Friday currently 8 am - 5pm but may rerquire the applicant to be slightly flexible given business needsThis is a new role and so can be moulded to suit the right candidateSalary package holidays, pension and the use of a company vehicle are all negotiable. usual company benefits apply uniform will be supplied
