Your Role
As an IT Systems Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure design and in-service support to meet project and business requirements. This includes hands-on system configuration, support, troubleshooting, and documentation—ensuring system reliability, performance, and security.
What You'll Be Doing
* Designing and implementing complete IT systems (hardware, software, and networks)
* Configuring and managing Windows Server environments
* Administering Group Policy Objects (GPOs) to enforce system standards
* Managing network switches and firewall configurations
* Supporting deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure including backups and system monitoring
* Troubleshooting system faults and delivering user support
* Collaborating with engineers to deliver new capabilities and planned maintenance
* Supporting the full system engineering lifecycle, including customer requirements analysis and optimal architecture design
* Producing and maintaining accurate technical documentation
What We’re Looking For
You should be a self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys solving complex IT problems. Key experience and knowledge includes:
* Strong working knowledge of Windows Server & Desktop OS environments
* Experience in OS imaging, preparation and deployment
* Familiarity with server, networking, and firewall infrastructure
* Solid understanding of IT security principles and patch management
* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues
