Location: Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office (potentially more to cover annual leave) WA3 7PB Full Time: 37.5 hours per week Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm Salary: £27,675.00 Excellent benefits Here at Serco, we are looking for a highly motivated and competent Fleet Administrator who will provide essential administrative support for the effective management of our fleet and internal operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate fleet data, ensuring seamless administration, and supporting the team in meeting operational requirements. As part of this you’ll: Accurately maintain fleet data within Fleet Database(s) (e.g., vehicles on/off fleet, pool/job need vehicle orders, driver grades/entitlements). Manage and action emails within Fleet Inboxes and resolve Fleet administration tickets via Service Now. Generate scheduled and ad hoc reports for stakeholders as required. Ensure vehicles have correct P11D values and CO2 data is maintained. Order Fuel Cards and accurately input data into Fleet Database(s) for the correct vehicle/driver or contract. Manage Fuel/Mileage issues and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Process driver grade changes and update records in the Fleet Database(s). Oversee vehicle additions/removals on the MID system and process vehicle ownership changes. What you’ll need to do the role: Extensive experience with Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong attention to detail. Experience working with databases and third-party external portals. Ability to handle data, identify errors, and take corrective actions as necessary. Strong diplomatic skills, especially when interacting with customers, to manage potential conflicts or complaints. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, while being an effective team player. Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.
