The Role We’re working with a supportive primary school in Grays, Essex looking for a dedicated Primary Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team full-time. You could be: Providing 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism, ADHD, SEMH or additional learning needs Supporting children within a specialist provision unit inside the school Delivering small group interventions in phonics, reading, or numeracy Helping pupils regulate emotions and build confidence Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider pastoral team This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience as a: Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, Primary TA, Behaviour Mentor, Support Worker, Youth Worker, Care Assistant, or Psychology Graduate looking to build school-based experience.
