Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and leading high-performing teams? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Manager to take ownership of our production operations and play a key role in shaping the future of our home improvements manufacturing facility.
This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end production, ensuring that performance targets across Safety, People, Quality, Volume, and Cost are consistently met. You will lead initiatives to optimise manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing units to deliver against key performance indicators.
Identify and resolve production bottlenecks through process improvements, technology adoption, and cross-functional collaboration.
Drive the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles to maximise value, reduce waste, and improve profitability.
Support and coach Flow Team Leaders and factory teams, promoting engagement and alignment with lean methodologies.
Lead continuous improvement efforts, ensuring alignment with the manufacturing scorecard and business objectives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless production flow and effective capacity utilisation.
About You:
Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, ideally within the home improvements or related industry.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing systems and continuous improvement practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams in a fast-paced production environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to leadership.
