Harvey Nash's Public Sector Client are looking yo bring in a contract Training and Adoption Lead to work with our Digital Transformation team. Your core focus will be supporting a new Business Information Transformation Programme. This strategic initiative is modernising how they manages, accesses, governs, and uses corporate information, with Microsoft 365 at its core.
Other Responsibilities
1. The Training and Adoption Lead will design and deliver a comprehensive training and adoption framework, defining the methodology, approaches, best practices, and processes for driving adoption and training for the BIT programme. Thus, helping to ensure staff across all departments are equipped to maximise the benefits of new tools, data-driven ways of working, and innovative technologies, such as Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power Platform
2. You will lead the training and adoption workstream, working closely with stakeholders to drive engagement, adoption, and sustainable change. This is a pivotal role in ensuring the BIT Programme's success and supporting wide-ranging corporate information transformation.
