At Willowbrook Mead Primary Academy, we have an exciting new position open for an Administrative Assistant to join a friendly administrative team, providing an efficient point of contact within our reception Monday - Friday 8.00am-3.30pm - 35 hours a week 39 weeks per year. You will have a 30 minute unpaid lunch break.

Administrative Assistant Salary- - Grade 2 Points 3 - 4 (£24,987 - £25,380 fte) Pro rata salary £20395.44 - £20716.23 per annum.

Job overview

You’ll be responsible for overseeing the reception facility, answering calls and dealing with face-to-face enquiries, signing in visitors and ensuring all visitors are appropriately monitored, as well as providing general clerical and administrative support and maintaining school records.

Interviews will commence the week beginning 8th December- date to be confirmed.
