Lead Administrative Assistant and Contracts Administrator We have an opportunity for a Lead Administrative Assistant to join us at Honeywell, to provide administrative support to the Honeywell UOP CSO organisation teams. This is a stimulating, challenging role where you will be using your administrative and organisational skills at their best. The Administrative Assistant will contribute to a team of highly committed professionals to ensure smooth contract management (constituting 60% of the role), travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning, etc. This role is full time at Honeywell's Bracknell office, UK. Powering the Future of Energy Transition, Sustainable Materials & Advanced Chemistry, and Petrochemicals. - General administrative duties. - UOP Limited agreements: Managing theprocessing of UOP Limited sales and non disclosure agreements until they are signed and completed. This will include handling the agreements through the internal system, checking the documents, send and following up for approvals, and sending back to customers. - Manage the calendars for the sales team and track movements i.e. vacation and business trips. - Coordinate meetings including internal sales meetings and external conferences. - You will plan complex travel for the team including all bookings - flights, taxis, hotels etc - You will be liaising with senior management regularly. - Create Purchase Requisitions for Stationery, Business Cards, internal cross-charging. - Assign Salesforce leads received via email to relevant sales director/account manager. - UOP Limited Royalty Accounting: Manage the UOP Limited Royalty Accounting, providing letters to customers and collating information. Liaise with finance, account managers and customer care for potential invoicing. - Qualifications HND/ HNC. - Experience with proposal/ contract management. - Prior experience of dealing with time and data critical functions getting things done quickly and accurately. - Ability to handle ambiguity and provide solutions, with limited supervision. - Ability to provide continuous improvement ideas. - Excellent written & oral communication skills. - Strong organizational & team skills and Self-motivated. - Ability to speak another European language would be beneficial Our Offer - Work for a well-known brand with a continued focus on innovation and growth. - Join a dynamic diverse team - Opportunity to work closely with the senior management.
