Join our Audi team as a Customer Experience Executive and play a key role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects the quality, sophistication, and innovation of the Audi brand. Reporting directly into the Customer Experience Manager, you will work as a key member of the Customer Experience Team, being the main point of contact throughout the journey from point of order to post-handover support. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Aftersales teams to create a seamless, personalised experience that exceeds expectations and builds long-term loyalty. Your Day-to-day Will Include Providing a positive, memorable and industry leading customer experience, offering support & guidance to the customer throughout their post-sale journey with us Delivering a professional and personalised handover of the customer’s vehicle, delivering the highest standards of customer care and delight. Collaborating and co-ordinating effectively with the wider team, and our customer with clear communication and timely updates Actively promoting customer review completion across Audi, Google, and AutoTrader to support brand reputation and online visibility What We’re Looking For A natural people person with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
