Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: Redditch
Salary: £120 - £230 per day. Dependent on experience.
Contract Type: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM
Start Date: September 2025

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons to students at KS5. You will inspire and motivate students to achieve their full potential and develop a love for Science.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
2. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
3. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
4. Manage classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and productive space.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A degree in Science or a related field.
* Experience teaching Science at secondary school level.
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Science.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to inspire and engage students of all abilities.
