Compliance Manager (SHEQ) – Waste Management Compliance
Location: Colwick, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £50,000 + Annual Performance Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Occasional travel to Leicester site (Mileage expenses covered)

About the Role
We are looking for a Compliance Manager (SHEQ) to join a dynamic team in Nottinghamshire. In this
role, you will oversee environmental and waste compliance, ensuring the business adheres to all
relevant regulations. You will also manage one direct report and work closely with different
departments to maintain and improve compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure full compliance with waste management regulations, environmental legislation, and
industry standards.
• Oversee ISO 14001 compliance and auditing, ideally holding a Lead Auditor qualification or
similar.
• Develop and implement compliance processes and policies in line with industry best
practices.
