You will have multiple opportunities to see the factory beforehand and understand the direction in which they are going. Reactive maintenance is something of the past… We wish. So, it would help if you appreciated that this position does come with an of firefighting. However, this is an area that is being heavily focused on to keep it as minimal as possible.
