Locations: near Shaftesbury
This is an amazing forward-thinking and premium restaurant looking for a professional kitchen manager who can lead a small team through busy services in this fabulous event space and restaurant.
The menu has been designed by fine dining chefs and the site will use a massive American smoker to slow cook meats.
You will be hands on, cooking high quality ingredients in a fast-paced service environment. Leading a team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management. Your role will be to train, motivate and monitor high standards across the site and take care of all due diligence and back of house reporting.
This is a great opportunity to learn a new cuisine and with a new opening there will be full training.
This would suit a head chef or senior sous chef that has worked in a busy branded restaurant, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants. Apply today!
