Salary: £104,000 - 110,500 per year Requirements: We are looking for an experienced SIAM Portfolio Analyst with previous experience in a Change Office, Project Office, PMO, or Portfolio Management environment. We require strong experience supporting Operating Model or Target Operating Model (TOM) transformation programmes. We require hands-on experience using ServiceNow for portfolio or project administration. We require experience managing portfolio governance, project tracking, approvals, and dependencies. We require strong stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to chase actions and maintain governance standards. We require excellent attention to detail and strong data quality management skills. Knowledge or practical experience of ITIL v4 is desirable. Responsibilities: We will maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio records within ServiceNow. We will support governance and portfolio review meetings. We will track project progress, approvals, risks, and dependencies. We will ensure portfolio data quality and governance standards are consistently maintained.
