The role
We are currently seeking a Senior Executive with a background in IT tool and dashboard development to join our performance marketing team, following the promotion of our previous Senior Executive. This strategic role focuses on developing and implementing innovative paid and organic search approaches and creating products or tools for our clients, together with strategic support on search campaigns. Unlike pure campaign activation, this role emphasises strategic thinking, data analysis, and the development of dashboards and tools to drive performance marketing excellence.
Responsibilities
* Support the development of strategic search frameworks and approaches aligned with client business objectives.
* Work with our activation teams to translate strategic recommendations into campaign execution plans.
* Analyse campaign performance data to identify strategic opportunities and insights.
* Assist in developing testing frameworks and hypotheses to drive continuous improvement.
* Support the creation of strategic recommendations and presentations for clients.
* Help identify emerging trends and opportunities in the paid search landscape.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure paid search strategy aligns with broader marketing objectives.
* Contribute to strategic planning sessions and brainstorms.
* Learn and develop expertise in advanced Google Ads features and beta opportunities.
* Work with the Account Manager to assist in the planning, development, and launch of innovative tools and dashboards.
Qualifications
* A proven background in computer science is integral.
* Experience in the development and maintenance of data tracking and analytics dashboards (Looker Studio, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
* Proficiency in coding languages (JavaScript, HTML, Python, etc.)
* Experience in building tools and dashboards, with search marketing experience or managing SEM/paid search campaigns considered a plus.
* Understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360 is preferred.
* Strong ambition to advance your career as a well‑rounded performance media specialist, with a passion for data dashboarding.
* Proven track record of driving performance outcomes for clients.
* Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Intermediate presentation skills, including experience with client work‑in‑progress updates and monthly reports.
