These are senior, commercially focused roles with genuine influence, sitting at the heart of how businesses drive revenue, customer experience and long-term growth across their digital channels.
About the role…
As Ecommerce Director, you’ll take full ownership of the brand’s ecommerce and marketplace performance, shaping strategy while remaining close to delivery. You’ll lead the evolution of DTC and third-party channels, ensuring strong commercial results, brand consistency and an exceptional customer journey.
What you’ll be doing day to day…
* Owning the ecommerce and marketplace strategy, driving sustainable revenue and profitability
* Leading performance across DTC, marketplaces and digital trading channels
* Managing marketplace relationships and performance (e.g. Amazon and other third-party platforms)
* Working closely with marketing, CRM, tech and data teams to align acquisition, retention and customer experience
* Setting KPIs, budgets and forecasts, using insight and data to inform decision making
* Leading and developing high-performing teams and agency partners
About you…
This Ecommerce Director role would suit a commercially minded ecommerce leader who thrives in a retail environment, is confident owning large digital revenue streams, and enjoys balancing strategic leadership with hands-on involvement.
What we’re looking for…
* Proven experience leading ecommerce at a senior level within retail or consumer brands
* Strong background in DTC trading and marketplace management
* Commercial P&L ownership with a data-led approach to growth
* Experience leading teams and working cross-functionally at a senior level
* Comfortable driving change, optimising performance and scaling digital channels
