Job Description: Neighbourhood Housing Officer

Role Overview
As a Neighbourhood Housing Officer in Tenancy Services, you will manage estate and tenancy functions for approximately 850 properties. Your responsibilities include ensuring maximum rental income through prevention, early intervention, and debt recovery actions. You will handle low-level nuisance and anti-social behaviour, sign up new tenancies, provide welfare advice, and collaborate with external agencies and tenants.
Key Skills and Requirements
* Resilience, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure
* Willingness to work evenings and/or Saturday mornings when required
* Ability to travel throughout the Borough
* Fluency in English (required by Part 7 of the Immigration Act)
* Subject to a DBS disclosure
