This amazing school are looking for a Mental Health Support Worker to join them starting ASAP!
Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher with general class duties and assist in preparing lesson materials.
* Support students with their general workload and with intervention plans designed to support their mental health needs.
* Provide 1:1 support, encourage emotional regulation, and assist during lessons.
* Help students process and understand their emotions, and support them in small groups or 1-to-1 settings.
* Collaborate with the class teacher to create a safe and engaging learning environment where students can flourish and meet their goals.
