Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain compliance records and support audits (internal, customer, third-party).
* Manage equipment calibration, lab hygiene, and safety practices.
* Monitor regulatory updates (FSA, Soil Association, BRCGS).
* Raise and investigate non-conformances; support production teams.
* Handle supplier/customer documentation and microbiology testing.
* Promote high hygiene, GMP, and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
* Experience in QA role within a food/pharma background.
* Strong knowledge of food safety standards (FSSC, BRCGS, HACCP).
* Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.
* Comfortable handling allergens, raw meat/fish, and lab work.
