We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager for a large-scale external façade remediation project. This is a key role delivering essential works to bring an occupied residential building in line with the latest fire safety regulations.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the façade remediation works. You must have proven experience successfully delivering similar façade remediation or cladding replacement projects.
You will lead client interfacing, drive programme performance, and ensure the works meet all safety and compliance standards. The project is in an occupied setting, so excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the delivery of the façade remediation project from start to completion
Attending and chairing client meetings and progress meetings
Acting as the main point of contact with the client-side management team
Managing communication with residents of occupied properties
Overseeing daily DABs (Daily Activity Briefings)
Managing programme updates using ASTA
Using Fieldview for document control and quality assurance
Ensuring works comply with the latest fire regulation standards
Managing site teams to ensure safe and efficient delivery
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience delivering façade remediation / external envelope projects
SMSTS certificate
CSCS Black or White Card
First Aid at Work
Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field
Proficient in ASTA (programming software)
Strong working knowledge of Fieldview
Understanding of latest fire safety regulations (highly beneficial)
DBS check (advantageous but not essential)
Ideal Candidate
You will be a confident, organised, and technically strong Project Manager with the ability to lead from the front. You should be capable of building positive relationships with clients, consultants, residents, and the wider project team. A meticulous approach to safety, compliance and programme management is essential
