Electrical Estimator – Building Services (M&E) Location: Cardiff Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Permanent A large and well‑established M&E / building services contractor is looking to appoint an Electrical Estimator to join its Cardiff‑based pre‑construction team. The business delivers a broad range of building services projects across commercial, healthcare, education and public‑sector environments, with work ranging from medium‑value bids through to more technically complex schemes. Due to a consistent workload and a healthy tender pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their electrical estimating function. The Role Working as part of an established estimating team, you will be responsible for supporting the preparation of competitive electrical tenders for building services projects.
