Sitting at the heart of their Microsoft 365 ecosystem, this is a key role that combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset.
You’ll work closely with the AI & Automation Engineer to support existing systems, shape the technology roadmap, and bring innovative solutions to life. As you grow in the role, you’ll become the go-to expert and driver of improvement across the Power Platform estate.
Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and maintain PowerApps and other Power Platform solutions within our Microsoft 365 environment.
* Champion automation—identifying ways to streamline manual processes and increase efficiency.
* Integrate workflows and data across Microsoft 365, Azure AI services, and third-party systems using REST APIs.
* Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all things Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
* Maintain and optimise existing Power Automate workflows to meet evolving business needs.
* Lead the integration of third-party APIs such as Oracle NetSuite to boost operational efficiency.
* Own Power Platform projects end-to-end—from discovery and definition through to testing and deployment.
* Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance best practices for Power Platform solutions.
* Design scalable, maintainable technical solutions based on stakeholder needs.
Experience required
* A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and familiarity with Power BI.
* Understanding of Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft 365 integration.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
* Comfortable working independently from concept to deployment.
* Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver value.
* Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with a variety of stakeholders.
* Committed to delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions.
