Hours: 42 hours per week
Pay: £13.83 per hour
Contract: Full-time, Permanent

What you will be doing:
* Leading a team of Care Assistants.
* Managing the day-to-day needs of our residents.
* Delivering the highest standard of care.
* Ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy.
* Supporting family members and visitors.
* Assisting with meals and daily activities.
What you need to succeed:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in care delivery or as a Senior Care Assistant.
* Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to enroll or working towards it).
* Training in medication administration.
* Excellent people and customer service skills.
* Ability to induct & supervise junior staff.
* Strong time management skills to delegate tasks effectively.
* Good communication skills – verbal and written, including maintaining care plans, and digital literacy.
* Caring attitude.
* Flexible and reliable.
